Eating local matters
Why do we do it?
Sourcing produce from Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) supports and funds local farmers. Hood River Organic firmly believes this farm direct tradition empowers local communities and is an integral part of building a sustainable future.
- Sourcing food locally reduces your carbon footprint, one of the largest contributors to climate change.
- Organic food does not contain pesticides, which degrade our ecosystem.
- Fresh food always tastes better!
