Our Farm
 We are dedicated to the land and growing good, healthy food for our extended community. We promote and work with other organic and bio-dynamic farmers in the Hood River Valley such as Mt. Hood Organic Farms, Newmans Family Farms and Columbia Blossom Orchards. These farms also operate with a similair land ethic centered around permaculture and organic production.
We are proud to be an integral part of the local food movement of the Northwest.
We farm organic cremini and portabella mushrooms year-round in the Hood River Valley to supply markets, stores and restaurants here in the Northwest with healthy food.
During the growing season we have an ever-expanding garden to supply our CSA customers with fresh vegetables, fruit and herbs.
We provide access to those same markets and restaurants to other localfarmers via our farm-direct service.
And finally, we put the local food directly in the hands of the consumer with our cooperative CSA program, with home delivery.

 Nothing is better for your garden than organic matter
The main job of our compost is to grow certified organic mushrooms. When were done with that it's ready for your garden or farm. Our mushroom compost is very special because we pasturize the compost prior to growing mushrooms so there are no weeds! This makes our compost great for mixing into your soil in the fall and winter season or top dressing your trees or plants while they are growing in the spring and summer to give a nitrogen boost and kill any weeds competing with what your growing.
