Join our CSA today and start receiving fresh, local and organic produce straight from our farm to your front door throughout all four seasons of the year.
Living in a region rich in agriculture we have naturally befriended neighboring farms and have come together to create a diverse and unique CSA Program. We unify specialty fruit farmers, one of the last independent organic dairy farmers, an artisan baker, an heirloom tomato cultivator, a free range chicken keeper, and wild foragers, in order to bring you the most diverse selection of fresh, locally produced organic products seasonally available. You can be a proud member of Hood River Organic, knowing that every box you receive helps to cultivate and sustain the bounty of small family farms throughout the Columbia Gorge.
Box Options
We have 3 box options within our CSA: The Vegetarian Box - all veggies, fruit and bread The Omnivore Box - contains the Vegetarian Box, plus 6 eggs and a dairy item. The Family Box - double the Vegetrian Box, two loaves of bread, a dozen eggs and a dariy item.
Seasonal Shares
A "Full Share" consists of a box every week, for an entire season.
A Full Share works out to be 12 boxes of produce; a Half Share works out to be 6 produce boxes, so if you get started between seasons it's no problem. You can join at any time, even mid-season. However, a commitment is expected through the end of the current season. Payments will be prorated according to your signup date.
We have 4 distinct growing seasons and we have divided our CSA share program accordingly. Here is an example of the types of seasonal produce we have here in the Northwest:
Member Agreement
I agree that my credit card will be billed during the first week of every month for the produce I will receive for that month.
I agree with the cancellation policy. If I cancel my membership, I will not receive a refund for the rest of the season's boxes.
I will give at least a week's notice for vacations, holds or other schedule changes. Those held produce boxes will be credited in the following months order.
Cancellation policy
There are no refunds. This is farming and nothing is certain. You are investing in a seed, a plant, a hope for a good harvest. Our commitment to you is to make sure the value of the produce in each box is equivalent to your cost. Your commitment to us is your payment up front every month for the food you will receive. If you cancel your membership before the month is up, you will continue to receive the boxes for which you have prepaid. If you need to skip a week that you have pre paid for, we won't refund the box but you can have a credit going into your next months produce.
Pick up Locations
Gorge Residents:
If you live in the area highlighted on the map below we are happy to bring the box right to your house between 10 am and 3 pm. on Wednesdays.
For those of you outside this area, you can choose your most convenient pick-up location:

Good River Restaurant - Mosier
Dickey Farms - Bingen
The Dalles Art Center - The Dalles
* The boxes will be at the pick-up locations by 2pm each Wednesday.
Portland Residents
We deliver to our Portland pickup locations on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The map below shows our current Portland pick-up locations. There are more pick-up locations to come for your convenience a little further outside the city. Our home delivery option is very limited and is address-dependant. If your address falls within our existing routes, we can offer you home delivery.

- you can pay in advance for 10 boxes and receive the discounted rate
