|  Hood River Organic is dedicated to being stewards of the land and growing good, healthy food for our extended community. We promote and work with other organic and bio-dynamic farmers in the Hood River Valley such as Columbia Gorge Organic Juice, Mt. Hood Organic Farms and Newmans Family Farms. These farms also operate with a similair land ethic centered around permaculture and organic production.
We are proud to be an integral part of the local food movement of the Northwest. We farm organic gourmet mushrooms in the Hood River Valley to supply markets, stores and restaurants here in the Northwest with healthy food. We provide access to those same markets and restaurants to other local farmers via our Farm-Direct Service. And finally, we put the local food directly in the hands of the consumer with our cooperative CSA program, with home delivery.
